Why is suffering so indiscriminate? Why isn’t it meted out to only those who deserve it? Why do innocent suffer from actions and events they have no control over and often cannot foresee? For many people it is not the exclusivity of Christianity that poses the biggest problem, it is the presence of evil and suffering in the world.

The problem of exclusivity is not a modern problem During the first century A.D. all religions and life philosophies claimed exclusiveness and adherence to worship. Religion can be the cause of many of the ills in life. (violence, war etc.)

To not believe in God requires faith that goes against reason. It requires illogical faith. When, however, we observe the design of creation and beauty of nature; the universal sense of morality, desire for perfection and consciousness of God; and the witness of personal testimony and power of the Bible, then we know that believing in God is supported by reason. Faith in God is logical faith.
