The Elfrida Brooks School in Coxen Hole, Roatan

The second week in February  St. Demetrios and OCN are organizing a cruise to Central America. Even though many of these islands have beautiful resorts many of their inhabitants live in impoverished conditions. So in the spirit of giving and truly carrying through a mission to help make a difference I along with 5 teens accompanying me (including 2 of my own) will visit one of the poorest schools in Roatan, Honduras during our day visit. We will deliver backpacks and suitcases of needed items. If you have any of the listed items to give or would like to make a donation to help pur- chase them or do so yourself let me know and we will deliver the items to the children. The enrichment to both the teens accompanying me and the kids they help will make our trip more meaningful. I even told the kids that I will treat them afterward for some fried iguana!
