Holy Confession

Pilgrimage to the Holy Land
Kalo Taxidi to Fr. Chris and 50 pilgrims who will be visiting the Holy Land from March 5 to March 14. This is a trip of a lifetime . We pray for a safe journey and return.
Flowers for the Icon of The Theotokos
Thank you, Betty and Mona Monezis, Mary Carratt, Mary Taschioglou, Jack and Diane Papidas and Lana Alexopoulos for your continued love and support.. The icon of the Theotokos will be decorated for the Salutations and the Akathist Hymn.
Clergy Education Fund (Papouli)
The Philoptochos is starting to collect money to help the education of our future priests. It is suggested that we give $10 per person or $20 per family. Please see Dee Hopwood in the community center
From the office
Please give the office a one week notice if you require any special services. These include: Trisagia, Memorials, baby blessings, Phanouropita, and Artoklasia. Philoptochos must be notified if one wants to sponsor the coffee hour ( $150.00) or to have tables set up for family members($25.00). Mona Monezis, who prepares kolyva for memorials, also need a one week notice. Kolyva are $85.00 . Please contact the office for information on making the necessary arrangements.
St. John Chrysostom Oratorical Festival– Juniors– March 2 , Seniors– March 9
Introduced in 1983, the St. John Chrysostom Oratorical Festival provides Greek Orthodox teenagers the opportunity to write and talk about their faith. The Oratorical Festival Program begins at the Parish Level and is divided into two divisions; the Junior Division for students in the 7th to 9th grades and the Senior Division for teenagers in the 10th to 12th grades.
